Services
Community-Based and Office-Based Therapy:
I charge $120.00 for a 50-minute individual psychotherapy session, this can be prorated for shorter sessions upon client request (i.e.: $60.00 for a 30-minute session) The cost is the same whether sessions are completed online or through video conferencing. Most insurance covers videoconferencing (telehealth) sessions at the same rate as in person/in office sessions. I can provide psychotherapy through video conferencing to Colorado residents only, as I am only licensed to do so in Colorado. If you live in an area of Colorado where it is difficult to find providers and have an internet connection this might be a good option for you. Insurance Disclosure: I currently accept Medicaid, Value/Beacon Health Options, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Tricare. |
Life Coaching:
I offer a variety of pre-paid life coaching packages. Life coaching services can be delivered in person/in office, through video conferencing, or over the telephone. This service is available to anyone living in the U.S. 30 Minute Consultation: Free 3 One Hour Sessions: $450 5 One Hour Sessions: $650 7 One Hour Sessions: $840 How does psychotherapy differ from life coaching and how do I know which is more relevant to my needs:
Counseling or psychotherapy is a treatment process that addresses and treats clinically significant symptoms of mood disorders, such a Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, thought disorders, grief and loss, and trauma related disorders. Life coaching is not treatment of a disorder, which is why it's not covered by health insurance. Life coaching is a process of changing behaviors and enhancing quality of life through setting and implementing effective goals. The focus of coaching is typically to identify long term life goals and structure short term objectives and milestones that support these goals. |
